Packaging Overview
Foran customers enjoy the flexibility afforded by the diverse packaging configurations we offer, which range from bulk and batch-specific weights to retail- and food service-oriented packaging. Additionally, we can accommodate the unit weights best suited to your company’s needs. Available packaging configurations include the following:
Bulk packaging, including batch-specific weights, in:
- Heat-sealed multi-wall poly-lined laminated Kraft bags in a variety of sizes for different content weights
- Corrugate boxes with poly-liners and tamper-evident closures
- Fiber Drums with poly-liners and tamper-evident closures
- Super Sacks® (lined for food use) in various wall-heights with centered or remote-open bottom release for different content weights and applications
- Pallet boxes (Totes) with poly-liners for different weights and unit volumes of multiple heat-sealed bags
- Plastic pails with resealable lids
Clear plastic containers for retail and food service applications, featuring:
- Heat-sealed freshness cap liners
- A variety of fitment styles, including shaker/pour lids with a range of sifter sizes
- Volumes/approximate weights: 0.61 cu in (1 oz) to 303.0 cu in (160 oz)
Pillow bags, packaged on vertical form/fill/seal machines in various sizes, featuring:
- Packaging film laminate structures as needed to satisfy the barrier qualities your products require
- Bag-widths up to 13 inches
- Weight capacity from 1 oz to 25 lbs
Product Labeling
For the convenience of its customers, Foran is equipped to fulfill a multitude of labeling requirements, including the following:
- UPC or bar code
- Special pallet labels (i.e. allergen presence)
- Various label dimensions
- Multiple labels on plastic containers
- Customer graphics
